- I use it to create a daily log of business activities that includes the following:
- screen clippings
- audio notes for me to remember to "do something"
- descriptive tags (that are searchable across all notebooks)
- items that I can automatically add to my Outlook task list
- I use it to organize my various activities into "Notebooks"; much like when I used binder backin high school
- I share notebooks with my business associates via the web
- I share class training notes with my students
- Microsoft OneNote works well when I need to create projetcs using other applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
This blog is designed to explore the wide gap between those who have access to technology and use it effectively and those who do not. The technology gap exists between those who can create and innovate to produce new technologies and those who cannot. It also exists between those who can access, adapt, master and use existing technologies and those who cannot. If we don't begin to embrace technology we risk the chance of becoming an extinct population of society in the workplace.
